3. Are the wigs and extensions made from real hair or synthetic hair?
We offer both wigs and extensions made from real hair as well as high-quality synthetic hair. The product description always provides clear information on the material, so you can make the best choice for your needs.
4 .Can I return wigs or extensions?
For hygiene reasons, wigs and extensions that have had their seal opened or have been worn cannot be exchanged or returned. Please check the items carefully upon receipt without removing the seal. For more information, refer to our return policy.
5.How do I properly care for my wig or extensions?
Each wig and extension set comes with specific care instructions. In general: Wash the hair with a mild shampoo, use a conditioner. For synthetic hair, you should use special care products designed for synthetic hair.
6. How long does shipping take?
